  3. Add Prawns and Seasoning: Add the prawns to the pan, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 1–2 minutes to heat through.
  4. Wilt the Courgetti: Add two-thirds of the courgetti and lemon juice to the pan, season with more salt and pepper, and fry for 1 minute until just wilted.
